Olivier classic

Classic Olivier salad. The most favorite and most popular salad on our festive and New Year's tables.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Canned green peas 200 g

Boiled sausage 200 g

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.


Boil potatoes and carrots, cool and peel.

Boil and peel eggs.

Dice the vegetables into a bowl. Add diced boiled sausage and eggs.

Add diced pickles and canned green peas.

Season with your favorite mayonnaise.

Stir our Olivier and let it brew in the refrigerator.

Olivier is classic ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
