Meat casserole

Meat casserole with minced meat and potatoes, under melted cheese, this is a win-win option when you want something quick and delicious, but there is not much time for cooking.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Minced meat 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Potatoes 5 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Breadcrumbs 1 tsp

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)


Peel carrots, onions and peppers. Finely chop the onion, dice the pepper, grate the carrots.

Mash the minced meat in a pan, add vegetable oil and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add vegetables to the minced meat and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Add versatile seasoning and mix well.

Peel the potatoes.

Grate, add a little salt and cover with cling film.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put half of the grated potatoes.

Then lay out the minced meat with vegetables.

Lay out the second layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Sprinkle a little with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
