Pollock in the oven

Oven pollock is a quick and easy way to prepare a delicious dinner.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pollock 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Water 120 ml

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) (for decoration) to taste

Salt to taste


Gut pollock, cut off fins and tails. Rinse the fish well.

Cut the pollock into portions and place in a deep mold.

Salt the fish and add vegetable oil.

Add chopped onion in half rings.

Add grated carrots.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, water and sour cream, add a little salt.

Pour the mixture into the mold from above.

Bake pollock with vegetables in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Pollock in the oven is ready. Put the finished pollock on plates with onions and carrots, garnish with green onions and serve.
