Pot stew

Delicate stew in a pot, saturated with aromas of vegetables and spices, will delight you and your loved ones with its taste.

Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes


Pork pulp 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Tomatoes 1-2 pcs

Spices for meat 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil for frying

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Bay leaf 1 piece

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the meat into small pieces. Peel the onion.

Fry pieces of meat in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Coarsely chop the onion and tomatoes, break the bay leaf.

Add spices, salt and pepper to the pan with meat.

Add vegetables and bay leaves.

Stir and place in a casserole dish.

Add 50 ml. water and cover. Cook in the oven for 30 -40 minutes, at 180 degrees C. Cool the finished meat in a pot and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

The pot stew is ready. Can be served in a pot.
