Pork in foil

Oven baked pork in foil is a dish for your festive table that will not take much time.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork loin 600 g

Garlic clove 3-4 pcs

Salt 1 tsp

Spices for meat 1 tsp.


Rinse and dry 600 g of pork balyk.

Mix 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of meat spice and 3-4 minced garlic cloves.

Grate the meat well on all sides and place on foil.

Wrap in three layers of foil and place in a mold.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees with the oven for 40-45 minutes.

Gently unfold the foil and bake the meat on top for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. The pork baked in foil in the oven is ready. Cool the meat a little and cut into portions, put on a dish and serve to the festive table, decorating as desired.
