Stuffed peppers in a saucepan are a great option to prepare a delicious lunch or dinner for the whole family or feed your favorite guests.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Minced meat 400 g
Rice 100 g
Tomato paste 100 g
Bell pepper 7-10 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Provencal herbs 1/4 tsp
Rinse and dry 7-10 red bell peppers, remove seeds from the center.
Rinse 100 g of rice, cover with water so that it covers the rice and cook until tender, 12-15 minutes.
Throw the rice on a sieve, rinse and cool.
In a bowl, mix together 400 g of minced meat and 1 finely chopped onion.
Add boiled rice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of Provencal herbs.
Mix the filling well.
Stuff the peppers with the meat and rice filling and place in a saucepan.
Mix 100 g of tomato paste with 250 ml of water and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Pour the dressing over the peppers and put on medium heat.
Cook the stuffed peppers in a saucepan for 25-30 minutes.
Stuffed peppers in a saucepan are ready. Put the peppers on a platter and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
