Broccoli in a frying pan

You can cook broccoli in a pan in just 20 minutes and have a delicious dinner on your table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Broccoli 300 g

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Disassemble 300 grams of broccoli into inflorescences, if you use frozen, then cook immediately. Peel 1-2 cloves of garlic.

Boil broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Place broccoli on a sieve and drain.

Chop the garlic and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for 1 minute.

Add boiled broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.

Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with red pepper to taste.

The broccoli is ready in the pan. Can be served at the table.
