Lightly salted herring 200 g
Water 100 ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Potatoes 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Beet 1 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Gelatin 20 g
Green onion (feather) to taste
Mix gelatin with water and let it swell. Warm up the gelatin on the stove until it is completely dissolved.
Mix gelatin with mayonnaise until smooth.
Take a suitable mold (plastic, glass, silicone can be used).
Boil vegetables and eggs, cool and peel.
Put the grated beets in the first layer.
It is good to grease with "pouring" gelatin with mayonnaise.
Lay out a layer of grated eggs and brush over with fill.
