Dumplings in winter, classics of the genre, and homemade dumplings with sour cream and horseradish is a hit for all times.

Flour 550-600 g
Pork 400 g
Cold water 300 ml
Onion 2 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
1 tbsp butter l.
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs
Black peppercorns 3-5 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Pour cold water into a bowl, add an egg.
Add ½ teaspoon of salt and vegetable oil.
Mix everything well.
Sift flour into another bowl and make a well. Pour water with egg and quickly knead the dough.
The finished dough should be firm and the bowl is almost clean. Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Pass the meat with onions through a meat grinder, add ½ teaspoon without a slide of salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat well.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out small, neat and round juices.
Put the minced meat on the dough.
Place the finished dumplings on a floured dish.
Add salt (1 liter ½ teaspoon), bay leaf and peppercorns to a saucepan with water.
When the water boils, lower the dumplings into a saucepan and cook after surfacing for 5-7 minutes.
Put the finished dumplings on a dish and season with butter. Our delicious homemade dumplings are ready. Can be served at the table.
