Pork goulash in a pan

Pork goulash in a frying pan is a dish that can be prepared for lunch or dinner for the whole family or the whole company.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork pulp 400 g

Water 300-400 ml

Tomato paste 120 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Ground black pepper to taste


Rinse 400 g of pork, dry and cut into cubes.

Heat 3 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the meat for 5-7 minutes.

Add 1 finely chopped onion.

Add 300 ml of water and 120 g of tomato paste, stir and cook, covered for 20-25 minutes over low heat. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste.

Dilute 2 tbsp in 100 ml of boiled and filtered water. tablespoons of flour until smooth.

Add to the pan and stir quickly. Keep on fire for 1-2 minutes and remove. Add the finely chopped cockerel and stir.

Pork goulash in a pan is ready. Arrange the ready-made goulash on plates with your favorite side dish.
