Trout baked in foil is delicious and not difficult at all. And if you add vegetables, you get a full lunch or dinner.

Trout 400 g
Lemon pepper 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Bell pepper 1 pc
Tomatoes 1 pc
Lettuce leaves 3 pcs
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Dill sprigs 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Defrost a piece of trout at room temperature, wash well and dry.
Cut the trout into steaks.
Prepare a square piece of foil for each steak. Place the pieces of fish on squares of foil slightly oiled with olive oil. Salt the fish and season with lemon pepper. Place a sprig of dill and sprinkle with oil on top. Wrap the foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Cut the tomato and pepper into slices, add lettuce and chopped parsley. Season with salt and olive oil.
Expand the slightly cooled envelopes, remove the dill.
Trout baked in foil is ready. Place on a platter and serve with salad.
