Millet porridge with meat

Delicious millet porridge with meat for lunch or dinner, which no man can resist.

Pork pulp 400 g

Water 250 ml

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4 tbsp. l.

Sweet ground paprika 1 tbsp l.

Sun-dried tomatoes 4-5 pcs

Salt 1 tsp

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.


Cut the pork into cubes.

Add 400 grams of diced pork meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes.

Add finely chopped onions and diced carrots.

Add 1 tablespoon sweet paprika and 1 teaspoon salt, cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 250 ml of water and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes over low heat.

Rinse the millet, pour into a saucepan or stewpan, add 600 milliliters of water and put on fire.

Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes without a lid so that excess water can boil away.

Add millet porridge to the pan and mix well.

Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.

Millet porridge with meat is ready. Arrange on a plate and serve.
