Blue whiting 5 pcs
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Frying oil to taste
Onion 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Defrost the blue whiting.
Clear the entrails of the fish and cut off the heads.
Salt the fish well and breaded in flour.
Fry blue whiting in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Put the prepared fish on a dish and add the onion and herbs.
Fried blue whiting is ready. Can be served at the table.
