Chicken breast with mushrooms in a skillet is a simple and delicious chicken dish to make for dinner.

Chicken fillet 200 g
Fresh champignons 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel mushrooms, onions and carrots.
Rinse and dry the chicken breast.
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a pan.
Add finely chopped onions and chopped carrots. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and season with salt.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
