Eggs 2 pcs

Butter 30 g

Salt 1 tsp

Peel 1 head of cauliflower.

Divide the head of cabbage into inflorescences.

Fold the inflorescences into a saucepan and cover with water. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

Place the cauliflower in a sieve or colander and drain.

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Lay out the cooled inflorescences and salt. Fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add beaten eggs and stir quickly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.
