Chicken chops in a pan

Chicken chops in a pan, tender chicken fillet with aromatic Provencal herbs, tomatoes and cheese crust.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 3 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Tomato 1-2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tsp

Oil for frying 3-4 tbsp. l.

Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Beat the chicken fillet with a hammer.

Salt and season our chicken chops with Provencal herbs.

Place chicken chops in a frying pan with 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Fry the chicken fillet in a pan on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Place the tomato slices on top.

Brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

The chicken chops are ready in the pan. Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
