Rice with mushrooms

This mushroom rice can be cooked very quickly. Just 20 minutes and you have a delicious lean meal.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Champignons 150 g

Rice 50 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Stack pepper

Preparation

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots.

Add chopped mushrooms, cook for 5-7 minutes.

Boil rice until tender and rinse well.

Salt and pepper the mushrooms with vegetables.

Add rice and stir, cook for 1-2 minutes.

Put on a dish.
