Mini pizzas

These delicious mini-pizzas can be taken with you to work, school, put your child to school, feed a small company, cook for going out into the countryside or on the road. Delicious food for every occasion.

Ingredients

Eggs 1 pc

Butter 50 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g

Salt to taste

Ham 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs

Pickled green olives 3-5 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Preparation

Mix the egg, melted butter and sour cream in a bowl.

Add flour and baking powder.

Salt a little and knead the dough.

Roll out into a layer and cut out the cakes with a glass. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Place the cakes on the paper.

Grease a little with mayonnaise. Spread the sliced ​​ham into slices.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Arrange the slices of cherry tomatoes and olives.

Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes. Take out and sprinkle the hot pizzas with finely chopped dill.
