Minced pasta

Pasta with minced meat, a favorite dish of many. Pasta and minced meat, what could be simpler and tastier!

Cooking time 15 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Pasta "feathers" 300 g

Tomato pulp 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Dried basil 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1 pinch.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cook or take ready-made minced meat, peel the onion and garlic.

Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat and mash well with a fork.

Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and pepper.

Take cooked tomato pulp or make fresh tomatoes.

Add tomato pulp and one pinch of sugar to the pan.

Mix well. Add dry basil to the pan.

Boil pasta in salted water until tender and drain.

Add hot pasta to minced meat. Stir by lifting the minced meat up from the bottom of the pan.

The pasta with minced meat is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
