If you stuff the peppers for good, then you just need to defrost them and put them in a slow cooker, add a little vegetables and it will take very little time to cook.
Cooking time 1 hour
Minced pork 400 g
Tomato juice 200 ml
Sweet green pepper 5-6 pcs
Tomato 1-2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Rice 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Put the minced meat in a bowl.
Add chopped onion (finely chopped or twisted), salt and pepper.
Rinse the rice well, add to the minced meat and mix well.
Rinse and dry the peppers.
Cut off the caps and remove the seeds.
Stuff the peppers and place in the multicooker bowl.
Add grated carrots.
Add chopped tomatoes in circles.
Add tomato juice, add a little salt on top.
Cook in STEW mode for 1 hour.
Put the prepared peppers on a dish, sprinkle with herbs if desired.
