Trout baked in the oven in foil

Trout baked in the foil oven is a delicious lunch or dinner without any hassle.

Ingredients

Trout steak 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Lemon slice 2-3 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Paprika to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the trout steaks.

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and add finely chopped dill.

Salt the fish steaks and season with paprika to taste.

Put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil with dill on the foil.

Add chopped onion in half rings.

Put the fish steak on the butter and onion.

Add 1 more tablespoon of dill oil and lemon wedge.

Wrap the edges of the foil tightly and place in a baking dish or baking sheet.

Bake the trout for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees C. Cool the finished trout slightly, unfold the foil.
