Chicken rolls with cheese and herbs

Surprise guests and family with incredibly beautiful and delicious chicken rolls with cheese and herbs. A simple recipe for tender chicken breasts will turn any lunch or dinner into a festive one!

Cooking time 25 minutes


Chicken fillet 2 pcs

Baltic cheese 50 g

Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Mustard, ready-made 1 tsp

A clove of garlic

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Tomatoes (for decoration)

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut each fillet lengthwise into two.

Beat off each part from both sides.

For the filling, combine grated cheese, finely chopped garlic, parsley and mustard in a bowl. Mix well.

Rub each fillet with salt and brush with olive oil.

Place the filling over the meat.

Roll each fillet and place in a baking dish. Add 2 more tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cool the finished rolls in the form.

Place our chicken rolls with cheese and herbs on a platter with lettuce and vegetables. Serve to the table.
