Meatballs with rice in the oven

Delicate meatballs with rice in tomato sauce cooked in the oven. An excellent option for making meatballs for adults and children.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced meat 400 g

Rice 100 g

Water 1 stack.

Eggs 1 pc

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Sweet ground paprika 1 tsp

Dry tomatoes 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Tomato paste 100 g

BBQ sauce 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Boil rice until half cooked and cool on a sieve.

Mix the minced meat with rice in a bowl.

Add egg, salt, sugar, pepper, paprika and dried tomatoes.

Add flour and mix well.

Form round meatballs.

Place in a baking dish.

Stir in tomato paste, barbecue sauce.

Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil.

Add water and mix well.

Pour the meatballs with the resulting sauce.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Our delicious meatballs with rice in the oven are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
