Baked trout with potatoes in the oven

Trout baked with potatoes in the oven under a cheese chicken, this is a great option for a delicious dinner for two.

Ingredients

Trout steak 2 pcs

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the trout steaks.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Grate cheese and mix in a bowl with mayonnaise.

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, mix with the cheese dressing. Leave one spoonful for the fish.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish.

Top with trout and brush with the remaining cheese dressing.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped parsley.
