This delicious Anthill salad with vegetables, chicken, cheese and crispy potatoes will be a real treat for your guests.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Frying oil to taste
Boil chicken fillet until tender, cool.
Finely chop the chicken fillet into a bowl, cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Add sliced cucumber and grated cheese. Add Mayo.
Stir the salad. Put the salad on a plate.
Peel and grate potatoes.
Cover the grated potatoes with water and rinse well.
Dry the potatoes.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Sprinkle potatoes over the salad. Add finely chopped green onions around the salad.
The Anthill salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
