Pink salmon with potatoes and vegetables in the oven is a great choice if you want to cook a delicious dinner for the whole family or a festive table.

Pink salmon 1 piece
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Water 200 ml
Butter 50 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 pinch.
Peel and wash the pink salmon.
Cut the pink salmon into large pieces, remove the fins.
Peel 4-5 potatoes and 2 carrots and cut into large strips.
Put the vegetables in a mold, season with salt and pepper.
Salt the fish and put on top.
Mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 200 ml of water (1 cup).
Pour on top into a mold with fish and vegetables.
Cut 50 grams of butter into cubes and place on top of the fish and vegetables.
Bake pink salmon in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Cool the finished pink salmon with potatoes.
Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
