Prepare a juicy chicken fillet in batter with a garnish of fresh vegetables for lunch or dinner and be prepared for a lot of pleasant compliments.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken fillet 400 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Cream 10% fat. 50 ml
Potato starch 1 tbsp. l.
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 200-400 ml
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Canned olives without pits 5-6 pcs
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Ground red pepper 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry 400 grams of chicken fillet. Cut the fillet into two slices lengthwise. Cut each part of the chicken fillet into strips.
In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon dry garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 pinch of red pepper.
In a bowl, mix well the chicken fillet with garlic, salt and red pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.
In another bowl, combine 2 eggs and 50 ml of 10% cream. Add 1 pinch of salt.
Add 3 tablespoons of TM "Aleika" flour, from the generous fields of Altai, and 1 tablespoon of potato starch.
Whisk the batter well with a whisk until smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon of Aleika TM flour to a bowl with chicken fillet. Mix well.
Dip the fillet pieces into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Put the finished chicken fillet on paper towels, removing excess oil.
For the salad, cut a red onion, tomatoes and a fresh cucumber into half rings in a bowl. Add chopped olives and finely chopped parsley.
Juicy chicken fillet in batter is ready. Arrange the chicken fillet with vegetable salad on plates and serve.
