Tuna pasta

Water 1 l

Canned tuna 150 g

Cherry tomatoes 100 g

Canned olives pitted 50 g

Onion 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil 1 liter of water and salt to taste. Add 250 grams of pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes until tender.

Add finely chopped onion, fry for 1-2 minutes. Add finely chopped green onions.

Add chopped cherry tomatoes and olives in halves. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the bones from the pieces of canned tuna and mash the fish with a fork.

Add the tuna and finely chopped parsley to the pan. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta.

Tuna pasta is ready. Can be served at the table.
