Minced chicken cutlets

Minced chicken 500 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Flour 50 g

Onion 1-2 pcs

Vegetable oil 5-6 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste


Put the minced chicken on a dish, defrost if necessary.

Chop the onion and hard cheese into pieces.

Twist the cheese and onions in a meat grinder. Add to the minced meat.

Stir the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Form small patties and roll in flour.

Put cutlets in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry chicken cutlets on both sides for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Add 1/2 cup water and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove the lid, evaporate the water.

Minced chicken cutlets are ready. Put on a dish with your favorite side dish and serve.
