Thin sheet pita bread is suitable for the recipe. For the filling, choose several types of cheese and cottage cheese of any fat content. Lazy lavash achma recipe

Rinse greens, dry, chop finely. Mix it with cottage cheese and garlic passed through a press.

Add eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat the mixture lightly with a fork.

Grate cheese and hard cheese on a coarse grater. Add to the mixture.

Cut the ham into cubes with a side size of 0.8 cm. Put in a bowl and stir.

Roll the pita bread into a tube and cut into strips 0.5 - 0.8 cm wide. Stir.

Place the "dough" in a silicone baking dish. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees until browning, about 30 minutes.
