Chicken sausage - a simple and quick recipe

Homemade sausage delicacies are fundamentally different from the purchased ones, because they contain exclusively natural products, without the addition of any preservatives and flavor enhancers. Homemade chicken sausage is a simple and budget option for everyone's favorite product.

For the recipe, you need two types of meat - chicken fillet and leg pulp. The sausage contains gelatin, which binds the released meat juice. The amount and composition of spices can be changed.

Homemade Chicken Sausage Recipe

Peel the fillet, rinse, cut into cubes with a side size of 0.7 cm.

Separate thigh pulp from bones, skins and cut into small pieces. Place in a blender bowl.

Cover the food processor and chop the chicken into the mince.

Put fillet and chopped chicken into a bowl for minced meat. Add salt, pepper and spices. Stir the mass.

Pour in the required amount of gelatin and stir the contents thoroughly.

Put the minced meat and bay leaf into the baking sleeve. Form a sausage with a diameter of 5-6 cm.

Roll the product tightly, fasten the ends securely. Place the sausage in a suitable saucepan with cold water and boil for 45 minutes. Cool the product at room temperature and in the refrigerator for one hour.

Remove the film, cut the sausage into thin slices and serve with some sauce. The sausage looks appetizing, has a mosaic structure and a rich meaty taste with aromas of spices.
