Pushinka salad

This salad with fried mushrooms and crab sticks is very tender and light in taste. But not so light in calories. So when you eat it, don't get too carried away if you succeed. It is very difficult to stop.

Champignons frozen 500 g

Onion 2 pcs

Eggs 5 pcs

Crab sticks 10 pcs

Cheese 150 g

Mayonnaise to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the crab sticks into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Boil eggs and grate on a fine grater. Mix with crab sticks.

Add champignons and mayonnaise. To mix everything.

Put in a plate in a slide. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
