The harvesting season is in full swing. All markets and supermarket shelves are overflowing with fresh vegetables and fruits. We propose to prepare a simple, but, nevertheless, very tasty salad of vegetables "lick your fingers" for the winter. The blank goes well with vegetable or cereal side dishes, fried meat and fish. It is convenient to take such assorted vegetables with you to work, on the road or on a picnic as a hearty snack and snack.

For this preparation, choose ripe tomatoes. Use sweet peppers of any variety and color. The main thing is that the assortment of vegetables is perfect and tasty, the fruits must be of good quality.
Winter Vegetable Salad Recipe
Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Rinse the halves well with running water. Cut into thin strips. Move to a deep basin.
Peel and rinse the onion. Dry the vegetables with a napkin. Cut into thin half rings. Add to bell peppers.
Any kind of tomato will do. Use ripe vegetables with firm flesh. Rinse and pat dry with a towel. Cut into thin half rings.
Add to the rest of the vegetables.
Peel the carrots. Rinse thoroughly and grind on a coarse grater. Add to the basin.
Add granulated sugar, salt, odorless vegetable oil, table vinegar to vegetables. Stir. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Taste and, if necessary, adjust to your liking.
Rinse jars with lids thoroughly with baking soda. Rinse well and sterilize. Pack the salad mass into jars, tamping with a spoon.
Cover the bottom of a deep saucepan with a cloth. Arrange the salad jars and cover. Pour cold water up to the neck. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Sterilize for 15-20 minutes.
Seal the jars tightly and turn over. Wrap in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely. Vegetable salad "lick your fingers" for the winter is ready.
The workpiece is perfectly stored at room temperature for one year, it is not recommended to keep it longer.
