For the recipe, choose an even daikon root, without damage. The amount of hot peppers and garlic can be increased, remember that spiciness is the hallmark of Korean salads. Vinegar is best used with apple cider or wine.
Korean Daikon recipe
The main ingredient is to rinse the root vegetable in running water, peel it.
Grate the vegetable on a special grater for carrots, rinse in running water.
Add grated carrots. Place the food in a salad bowl.
Add salt and sugar according to the above list with ingredients.
Pour in vinegar, stir, leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Add chopped food: red pepper and garlic. Place them in the center of the salad.
Grind large spices in a mortar, add together with the rest of the spices to the salad.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour hot over the center of the salad. Stir the daikon and leave for another 10 minutes at room temperature.
