Homemade noodles

Homemade noodles are delicious and simple. This recipe is for making real homemade noodles.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flour 400 g

Water 80 ml

Salt 1 tsp

Eggs 3 pcs


Sift flour into a bowl.

Add eggs to a bowl of flour.

Knead the dough.

Dissolve salt in water.

Add water to a bowl of flour and eggs.

Knead hard dough, collect all dough from the edges of the bowl into a ball. Label the dough in a bag and leave for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces.

Roll each part into a layer, as thin as possible.

Sprinkle the dough with flour and leave for 10 minutes.

Roll up and cut into strips.

Unfold the strips of dough and place on parchment or a floured cutting board.

Homemade noodles are ready. Add the finished noodles to the broth immediately and cook for 3-4 minutes, or leave to dry. When completely dried, homemade noodles can be stored in a dark, dry place.
