Kefir dough for pies

An uncomplicated kefir dough for the most delicious and airy fried pies with your favorite filling.

Cooking time 1 hour


Wheat flour 450 g

Kefir 400 ml

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Dry fast-acting yeast 1/2 tsp.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Heat kefir, pour into a bowl and add yeast.

Add sugar and salt to a bowl of kefir.

Then add vegetable oil to a bowl and mix well.

Add the sifted flour and knead to a soft dough.

Lightly grease the surface with vegetable oil and leave for 20 minutes.

When the dough rises, knead it.

Leave the dough again for 20 minutes.

When the dough rises a second time, you can make lovely pies from it. The kefir dough for pies is ready.
