Butter bun dough

Using this recipe, you can make bun dough, you just have to choose the shape and filling.

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 600 g

Milk 300 ml

Sugar 50 g

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp


Pour warm milk into a bowl, add vegetable oil and sugar.

Add salt and half the flour to a bowl.

Then add dry yeast to a bowl.

Mix well and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Add the other half of the flour to the bowl.

Knead the dough.

Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.

The bun dough is ready.
