This recipe will help you make pancake dough with milk.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Milk 3.2% fat. 600 ml
Flour 300 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Warm water 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.
Add 600 ml of milk and beat well again. Add 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add 300 g flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup warm water at the end and let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
Milk pancake dough is ready. You can bake delicious pancakes on both sides of a preheated skillet.
