Cooking time 20 minutes
Water 125 ml
Wheat flour 200 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tsp
Fast-acting dry yeast 1 tsp.
Sugar (sand) 1 tsp
Dissolve yeast in a bowl in warm water. Add sugar.
Sift flour into another bowl and add salt.
Knead the dough with a fork.
Next, knead the dough with your hands for 5-10 minutes.
Add olive oil and knead the dough again for 10-15 minutes.
Let the dough rest and rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The pizza dough is ready! You can then divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll out for two medium pizzas.
