This manti dough recipe is especially for those who want to make delicious manti themselves at home.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flour 500 g

Cold water 200 ml

Eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp


In a bowl of water, dilute 1 teaspoon of salt and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, dilute the egg in a bowl.

Mix everything well.

Add the sifted flour to a bowl and knead the dough.

Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take out and knead the dough a little.

Our dough for manti is ready. Divide into small parts, roll each part into a circle, lay out the filling and mold the manti.
