A quick and simple salad of radish with cucumber, which you can always prepare for lunch or dinner and delight yourself or loved ones with fresh vegetables.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Radish 200 g
Fresh cucumber 2 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch.
Rinse and dry 200 grams of radish and 2 medium cucumbers.
Cut the cucumbers into a bowl.
Add chopped radish.
Add finely chopped dill and a pinch of salt.
Stir and season with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Radish salad with cucumber is ready. Put in small, portioned salad bowls and serve.
