Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Canned corn 100 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 1/2 bunch
1 pinch pepper mixture.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry 2 chicken fillets. Rub with salt and pepper mixture.
Fry chicken fillet with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on both sides for 5-6 minutes.
Put 100 grams of canned corn and chopped chicken fillet in a bowl.
Cut fresh cucumber and bell pepper into strips, finely chop parsley.
Season with salt and season with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix and put in a salad bowl.
