Squid salad with corn

Delicate and easy to prepare squid and corn salad that will become one of your favorite salads.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Squid carcass 4 pcs

Canned corn 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Green onions for decoration


Defrost 4-5 squid carcasses, peel the outside and remove the insides. Boil in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Cool the squid.

Boil 1 carrot and 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Dice boiled eggs and carrots into a bowl.

Add 100 g of canned corn and the squid chopped into strips.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste.

Squid salad with corn is ready. Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Serve to the table.
