Festive salad with cod liver "Winter Theater" will decorate your festive table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Cod liver (canned) 200 g
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Green onions 1 bunch
Boil 4-5 small potatoes, cool and peel.
Place the serving ring on the platter and lay out a layer of diced potatoes. Salt a little.
Chop 200 g of canned cod liver.
Place a layer of cod liver and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.
Lay out a layer of grated egg whites.
Grease with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Add a layer of grated egg yolks on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the served ring and garnish with fresh cucumber slices.
