Salad with rice and canned fish

Delicious and healthy salad with rice and canned fish, which is very easy to prepare. All seafood lovers will love it.

Ingredients

Canned herring 200 g

Seaweed 100 g

Carrot 1 pc

Rice 3-4 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil rice until cooked. Rinse well and discard on a sieve.

Drain the liquid from the seaweed. In a bowl, combine cabbage and rice.

Add diced boiled carrots.

Drain oil from canned fish and remove bones.

Add fish to a bowl.

Season salad with fish oil.

Salt to taste. Mix.

Place the salad in a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
