Salad "Red"


Beet 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Pickled cucumbers 1 pc

Red onion head 1 pc

Potatoes 2 pcs

Canned green peas 50 g

Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.


Boil beets, carrots, potatoes, cool and peel. Cut into cubes and mix.

Add the diced cucumber.

Canned peas.

Mix well. Let it brew in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Salt and season with oil before serving. Garnish with thin slices of red onion.
