Broccoli salad

You have never tried this broccoli salad. Cook for your guests and you will hear tons of compliments.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Broccoli 300 g

Crab sticks 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Defrost 300 g of broccoli and cut into small inflorescences.

Boil in boiling water until soft for 10-12 minutes. Throw in a colander and drain.

Boil 2 eggs, cool and peel.

Transfer the broccoli to a bowl and add the diced eggs.

Add diced 100 g crab sticks and 100 g Korean carrots.

Stir the salad, season with 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Broccoli salad is ready. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
