Beetroot salad with garlic

Quick, healthy, tasty and easy to prepare, this garlic beetroot salad can be prepared quickly for any occasion.

Beets (1-2 pieces) 200 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil 1 beet until tender, cool and peel, peel a couple of garlic cloves.

Grate the beets into a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and pressed garlic.

Season with salt to taste, stir and put in a salad bowl.

Beetroot salad with garlic is ready. Garnish with parsley and serve.
