Salad with rice, smoked chicken and vegetables

Delicious salad with rice, smoked chicken and vegetables, with spicy notes and delicate taste, which can be prepared in just 30 minutes and will decorate your table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Smoked chicken fillet 200 g

Canned corn 100 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Sour cream 20% fat. 1 tbsp. l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 1 tbsp. l.

Paprika 1 tsp

Salt to taste


Transfer the washed TM "Aleika" rice into a saucepan and fill with water so that it covers the rice. Cook over medium heat until cooked for 12-15 minutes.

Throw the finished rice in a colander and let the water drain.

Cut 200 g of smoked chicken fillet into cubes.

In a bowl, combine boiled rice, diced smoked chicken fillet, canned corn and diced bell peppers.

Add the dressing and finely chopped parsley to the salad bowl.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

Salad with rice, smoked chicken and vegetables is ready. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and serve.
