Baked vegetable salad "For barbecue"

This salad of baked vegetables "To the shish kebab" will be a great addition to any meat cooked on charcoal.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Zucchini 2 pcs

Eggplant 1-2 pcs

Bell pepper (red and yellow) 2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Pepper mixture 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Greens to taste


Rinse and dry vegetables.

Cut the zucchini and eggplant into rings, peel the seeds and cut into slices.

Mix well and leave for 20 minutes.

Place vegetables on the grill rack.

Cook over charcoal, turning, 10-15 minutes.

Put the prepared vegetables on a dish, add herbs to taste and serve.
